Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management or comparable positions
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher is mandatory
- Exceptional abilities in analysis, problem-solving, team collaboration, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in organizing and overseeing all project stages to ensure timely completion
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong forecasting abilities
- Capability to thrive in a multitasking environment
- Experience working with e-commerce websites (Shopify)
Will be an advantage:
- QA/Dev experience
- Ability to perform the required research
- Experience working with WordPress
Responsibilities:
- Engage in effective communication with the product owner and end-users to gather feature requirements
- Identify and secure the necessary resources, skills, and knowledge to meet project objectives
- Conduct risk management activities to minimize project risks
- Create, update, and refine proposals for assigned projects, including defining project objectives
- Manage client expectations regarding products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Take responsibility for addressing issues throughout the project lifecycle, including development, QA, User Acceptance Testing, delivery to production, and transition to full implementation.
